RCE’s suite of tools includes advanced estimating, accounting, scheduling, computer aided design (CAD), local area and virtual private networking, a relational database for project, client, prospect, and subcontractor information and tracking.

Using these tools/technology, RCE has completed Design/Build projects for such manufacturing companies as Maxxim Medical (Tampa, FL), Etura Corporation (Lakeland, FL), TSE Industries (Pinellas Park, FL), and the VLOC YAG Facility (Pasco County, FL).

With its Strategic Alliance partners, Florida Process Piping Company, and IC Mechanical, RCE continues to grow and offer more services to the manufacturing industry.
